This information is provided in accordance with the art. 13 of Regulation
2016/679 (GDPR), pursuant to art. 13 of the legislative decree n. 196/2003
(Code regarding the protection of personal data) to users who access the
website www.innovacarbonsrl.com and is related to all personal data processed
in the manner indicated below.
HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT

Personal data processed are collected as provided
directly by the interested party or provided automatically.
The data provided directly by the interested
party are all personal data that are provided to the Data Controller in any
manner, directly by the interested party. In particular, the following personal
data are collected and processed:

The data collected automatically is navigation
data. These data, although not collected in order to be associated with the
user's identity, could indirectly, through processing and association with data
collected by the Data Controller, allow its identification. In particular:

Following the sending of newsletters, the
platform used makes it possible to detect the opening of a message and the
clicks made within the newsletter itself, together with details about the IP
and the browser/device used. The collection of these data is essential for the
functioning of the implicit renewal systems of the treatment (see the item
Treatment Mode) and an integral part of the operation of the sending platform.
LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The data are processed exclusively for the
purposes for which they are collected, as described below.
We use the data provided by the interested
parties for:
- Sending newsletters
- Traffic analysis on individual pages, in order
to improve the user experience
only in case of specific consent of the user, to
allow access to specific and further services such as sending future
information and promotional communications via e-mail or electronic means.
The provision of the data listed in the
"Data Collected" section for the purposes referred to in points
n.1,2,4 is mandatory to allow the user to access the service. For this reason,
the consent is mandatory and any refusal to process or the failure, incorrect
or partial provision of data could result in the inability to provide a proper
service.
The provision of data for the purposes of sending
newsletters for promotional, informational or research purposes is optional and
the refusal to give consent to the treatment will result in the impossibility
of being updated about commercial initiatives and/or promotional campaigns, to
receive offers or other promotional material and/or to send personalized offers
to the user. Innovacarbon S.r.l. does not provide any third party information
to third parties without their consent, unless required by law.
In any case, the dissemination and transfer of
data outside the EU area are excluded.
REVOCATION OF CONSENT
The interested party can revoke their consent to
receive promotional and commercial communications immediately, by sending a

METHOD OF TREATMENT
Personal data are processed with automated tools
for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were
collected, providing, in any case, the annual verification of the data stored
in order to delete those deemed obsolete, unless the law provides for storage
obligations.
Data processing is normally carried out at the
headquarters of the company Innovacarbon Srl, by personnel or external
collaborators duly appointed as data processors.
The registration and the relative treatment are considered
valid until the user unsubscribe, present in every email, or after 12 months
from the last communication of which has evidence of direct interaction (click,
opening, reply).
Specific security measures are observed to
prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art.
13 GDPR each user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not
of his personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in
intelligible form.
In particular, the interested party has the right
to obtain from Innovacarbon S.r.l. the indication:
the origin of personal data;
the purpose and methods of treatment;
of the logic applied in case of treatment carried
out with the aid of electronic / IT tools;
the identification details of the owner, the
managers and the designated representative;
the subjects and the categories of subjects to
whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed
representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
Furthermore, the interested party has the right
to obtain updates, rectification or integration of their data from Innovacarbonsrl.com;
cancellation, transformation into anonymous form
or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
access to personal data, ie confirmation that
personal data processing is being processed or not;
the limitation of treatment,
the portability of the data, that is the right to
receive in a structured format the personal data concerning him;
the right of complaint to the Supervisory
Authority.
Finally, the data subject has the right to
object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the processing of
personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose
of the collection. In particular, the data subject has the right to object to
the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending commercial
advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or

parties by means of a link to the Privacy Policy page on the website and will
be communicated directly to the interested parties by e-mail.
